11. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES

- The Company reserves the right to close your account and refund the remaining balance, subject to applicable withdrawal fees, at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide a reason or prior notice.
12. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
- The Company applies a strict anti-fraud policy and uses various monitoring tools and procedures. If a player is suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to collusion with other players, fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers, credit card chargebacks or payment denials, creating two or more accounts, other forms of cheating, or declaring bankruptcy in their country of residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate the account and suspend all payouts.
