1. Accounts
1.1. To place wagers and use the Website, you must first register on the Website and create an account.
1.2. You may have only one (1) account. Only one account per household, IP, and PC is permitted. If you attempt to create more than one account, all such accounts may be blocked or closed and any bets may be declared void. In addition, any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses gained or accumulated while the duplicate account was active will be forfeited and may be reclaimed by us. You must return to us upon request any funds withdrawn from the duplicate account. If you wish to open a new account, you must contact support via email. When a new account is opened, the previous account will be closed. If you discover that you have more than one registered account, you must inform us immediately. Failure to do so may result in your account being blocked.
1.3. You are required to provide all mandatory information requested in the registration form, including a valid email address. Without a valid email address, we will not be able to assist you in recovering a forgotten password. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
1.4. As part of the registration process, you must choose a username and password to access the Website. You are solely responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. The Casino is not liable for any misuse of your account by third parties resulting from the disclosure of your login details, whether intentional or accidental, active or passive.
1.5. To ensure transaction security, we use SSL encryption. All customer information is treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties.
1.6. Please note that withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposit using a Credit Card, any winnings from that deposit must be paid back to the same Credit Card.
1.7. You confirm that all information provided to the Website during the term of this agreement is true, complete, and accurate. You must promptly notify the Website of any changes to such information.
1.8. You are not permitted to transfer funds from your account to other players, receive funds from other players into your account, or transfer, sell, or acquire user accounts.
1.9. In certain situations, a wager may be confirmed or a payment processed in error. In such cases, the Casino reserves the right to cancel any wagers accepted with such an error or to correct the mistake by re-settling the wagers at the correct prices, spreads, or terms that should have applied at the time the wager was placed.
1.10. If you become aware of any errors or omissions in the software, you agree not to take advantage of them. You must report any such error or omission to the Website immediately. Failure to comply with this obligation entitles the Company to seek full compensation for all costs related to the error or omission, including costs associated with the issue itself and your failure to report it.
1.11. The Company reserves the right to withhold payments if there is suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal proceedings may be initiated against any user or other person who has manipulated or attempted to manipulate the casino system. The Website also reserves the right to terminate or modify any games or events offered.
2. Payouts
2.1. The minimum withdrawal amount ranges between €50 and €120. The maximum withdrawal amount depends on the payment method used. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a specific payment system, the funds will be paid out in installments.
2.2. If your account is credited with winnings that do not belong to you due to a technical issue in the pay tables, human error, or any other reason, such funds remain our property and will be deducted from your account. If you withdraw funds that do not belong to you before the error is identified, the incorrectly paid amount will be considered a debt owed to us, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available. In the event of an incorrect credit, you must notify us immediately by email.
2.3. You acknowledge that funds are used instantly and the Casino does not offer refunds or cancellations. The Company reserves the right to pay out significant winnings in monthly installments.
2.4. We reserve the right to conduct verification procedures for each client upon the first withdrawal. Such verification may include copies of a player’s passport, national identity card, utility bills, and or copies of the debit or credit cards used for deposits.
2.5. The player is responsible for ensuring that all documents provided as part of the KYC process are authentic. Submission of forged or fraudulent documents may result in confiscation of deposits and potential winnings.
2.6. To request a withdrawal, a player must wager their active deposited amounts at least three times before withdrawing. This requirement complies with anti money laundering regulations. The player is fully responsible for paying any fees and taxes applied to their winnings in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.
2.7. The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer OCT from Visa and via Payment Transfer from Mastercard. Even in supported countries, the Website cannot guarantee successful credit card processing in all cases, as issuing banks may block or decline such transactions at their discretion.
2.8. In the unlikely event that a player transfers cryptocurrency to an incorrect network address, for example sending BTC to a BCH address, the Website will not attempt to recover the funds unless the amount exceeds €5000. In such cases, a recovery fee of 0.1 BTC will be charged to cover related expenses. However, recovery of the funds is not guaranteed.
2.9. The Website’s internal operating currency is Euro. Therefore, if you transact in another currency, the amount charged to your credit card may be slightly higher than the amount displayed at the time of the transaction due to currency conversion by your bank and or the Casino’s payment processing system.
2.10. Withdrawal processing may take up to 72 hours. After a withdrawal has been successfully processed and approved, an additional time frame may apply depending on the selected payment method.
2.11. You acknowledge that withdrawals made via bank transfer may, in exceptional cases, incur additional fees charged by intermediary banks. Such fees are beyond the Casino’s control.
2.12. The maximum withdrawal amount may be limited to a specified sum per day, week, or month, unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions of a particular promotion. The higher the customer’s loyalty rank, the higher the maximum withdrawal limit. Your current withdrawal limit can be viewed in the Withdrawal section of the cashier.
2.13. If you win more than €10,000, the Casino reserves the right to split the payout into monthly installments of up to €10,000 until the total amount has been paid in full.
2.14. We reserve the right to apply additional verification procedures and methods to confirm your identity under the Know Your Client KYC process when processing deposits to your account. This may include, but is not limited to, requesting a selfie with an identification document. To verify a player’s account, the casino management requires documents such as ID, payment method confirmation, utility bills, and similar documents in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. If the player is unable to provide the required documents, the casino reserves the right to request video verification during which the player must present their documents.
2.15. We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number listed in your account. At our discretion, this may be a required part of the KYC procedure. No withdrawals will be processed until the account has been fully verified.
2.16. You acknowledge that bank transfer withdrawals may, in exceptional cases, be subject to additional fees charged by intermediary banks. These charges are outside the Casino’s control and are limited to the equivalent of 16 EUR.
2.17. We are not a financial institution and must not be regarded as one. Your account will not accrue interest, and no currency conversion or exchange services will be provided at any time.
3. Bonuses
3.1. All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per person and their family, home address, email address, IP address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e wallet number, payment system account such as Neteller or Skrill, and one electronic device such as computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
3.2. All players may use the bonuses except in cases where a bonus includes country restrictions and the player is a citizen of one of the restricted countries.
3.3. The player must not abuse bonus offers. In the event of abuse, the Casino reserves the right to prohibit the player from receiving any further bonuses and to cancel any winnings obtained using bonus funds, both during wagering and after completion.
3.4. The use of bonus funds solely to advance through bonus stages is prohibited. This includes situations where bonus or cash funds are used only to progress through bonus stages, for example collecting 9 out of 10 coins to unlock a bonus feature, and then completing the final stage with cash bets after the bonus funds have been forfeited, lost, or wagering requirements have been met and converted to cash. Any winnings obtained during such play may be declared void.
3.5. The player must not engage in any fraudulent activity while playing with an active bonus to meet wagering requirements. The Casino reserves the right to cancel all player winnings in such cases.
3.6. All bonuses include a minimum deposit requirement to activate the bonus, a maximum bonus amount limit, wagering requirements, a maximum bet limit during wagering, and a time limit for bonus validity, unless otherwise specified.
3.7. For slot games, issued bonuses are by default subject to a maximum bet of 5 EUR or equivalent during wagering, unless stated otherwise. For live games, issued bonuses are by default subject to a maximum bet of 10 EUR or equivalent during wagering, unless stated otherwise. The maximum bet limit includes doubled bets after a completed game round as well as purchased bonus rounds within the game.
3.8. Winnings generated from bonus funds become available for withdrawal only after all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
3.9. All bonuses, unless otherwise specified, are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times before any funds can be withdrawn.
3.10. All bonuses are sticky unless stated otherwise. This means you cannot request a withdrawal until the wagering requirements are fully completed. You play with real money first and then with bonus money. If the bonus balance is lost, the bonus is forfeited.
3.11. The bonus is valid for 14 days from the date it is credited, unless stated otherwise.
3.12. If the bonus remains active at the end of its validity period and the wagering requirements have not been fulfilled, all bonus funds and related winnings will be voided.
3.13. A player may request withdrawal of their deposited funds before completing the bonus wagering requirements. In such a case, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be voided, and any remaining balance, if applicable, will be paid to the player.
3.14. A player has the right to cancel any bonus before meeting its wagering requirements without losing their own deposited funds.
3.15. Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.
3.16. A player may decline any bonus offered by the Casino.
3.17. It is prohibited to delay the completion of any game round, including Free Spins features and bonus features, to a later time when no wagering requirements remain, and or to make new deposits while Free Spins features or bonus features are still active in a game.
3.18. Please note that not all games contribute fully toward wagering requirements. For slot games, 100% of the bet amount counts toward wagering, except for the slots listed below.

3.23. All bonuses are credited according to CEST time.
3.24. If a player is in a cooling off period at the time of winning, no prize will be granted.
3.25. The maximum winnings from any no deposit offer are limited to 50 EUR or the equivalent amount in another currency, unless stated otherwise. This includes winnings from no deposit bonuses, no deposit free spins, and cash rewards.
3.26. Winnings derived from a bonus are limited to a maximum of ten times the bonus amount.
3.27. Some bonuses include a maximum win rule that caps winnings by multiplying the bonus amount by a specified factor. For example, if the bonus is 100 EUR and the maximum win multiplier is 10, the maximum possible win is 1,000 EUR.
3.28. The maximum winnings from the use of bonuses are capped at ten times the amount of the bonus used.
4. Welcome package

Bonus Activation & Wagering Requirements

8. Rakeback
